Abstract
  • Camp Tophat was located in what is today (2015) the Linkeroever area (just to the west of the Schelde River) of Antwerp which is located just east of Zwijndrecht, Belgium. In the background (at left) the following buildings can be seen (based on Camp Tophat maps): the dark-colored Quonset hut at extreme left (just above truck at upper left) is the "Beer Garden". To the right of that building is the "Theater" (silver Quonset hut with large rectangular building attached at far end, and slant-roofed addition at near end), which is then followed by the "Band Box".
